Thank you very much for your understanding. ** CONSTRUCTION NOTICE** Construction is still ongoing in the Crowne View Resort. Construction will not prevent access to the lodge or amenities. Please be aware there will be construction noise, usually during the week between the hours of 8a-5p. Things to note: 1. There is 1 security camera outside at the front entry, pointed out for your safety 2. When using community dumpster, make sure the bags are tied tightly to keep animals away 3. Do not turn thermostat under 68 degrees to not lock the system. The upstairs area can get warmer. Please turn on ceiling fans to better circulate the A/C throughout the home. 4. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs 5. We provide a pack n play and high chair but you will need to bring your own pack n’ play sheets. 6. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside 7. Outdoor Pool is seasonal. Indoor Pool available year-round 8. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. 9. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that guests review and sign our standard rental agreement no later than 48 hours before check-in. All payments remain securely handled through Airbnb — no credit card details are ever shared with us.
